Oct 16, 2020Ordered a Whitaker outdoor rug. Arrived promptly. Within a week one of the chest clips had broken, so I contacted Customer Service and sent photos of the fault.
They suggested a 50% rebate which I accepted and within hours the refund had been processed.
In this Covid era when so many of us are ordering online, customer service is King, and I cannot fault this company on the way they handled both the original order and the complaint.

Also chased up the courier company to ensure delivery and pick up issue addressed. Mistakes happen, its how the company deals with putting them right that matters. Definitely a company I'll shop with in the future

I recently ordered a few items from this company and had to return them, wrong sizes, my fault. From the start of taking the order, processing it, and then arranging the return, it has been a really good experience, all the staff I had contact with were helpful and happy, I would buy from you again, even if your price (which in this case it wasn't) was more, customer service like this is really important to me.

Feb 11, 2018My delivery came while I was in hospital so I couldn’t try on my jodhpurs when they arrived. Of course they didn’t fit so I emailed them to explain the situation, there wasn’t even a reply.
